Rubrics Concepts is a London consultancy specialising in commercial design and delivery. We work with operators and investors across hospitality, healthcare, retail, and workplace, taking projects from initial concept through to operational handover.

The studio is part of the Rubrics, sitting alongside Rubrics Architects, Rubrics Home, and Rubrics Projects. Each studio works independently within its discipline, and together they offer architectural rigour, residential craft, commercial intuition, and development discipline.

Our service is fully integrated, covering location sourcing, concept development, planning, interior design, and construction management as a single engagement. The design is led by our architectural arm, and the delivery is shaped by long experience on commercial projects of every register, from intimate clinics to ambitious flagship venues.

We approach each project with first-hand understanding of how a brief from an operator differs from a brief from an investor, where early decisions shape later costs, and where the things that matter to a customer can quietly diverge from the things that matter to a designer.
